Pantry was founded by Liz and Greg Bolton, two busy parents with two busy kids. (And yes, only one is pictured, in case you're wondering.)

We’ve lived in Dufferin Grove for many years, and we’re committed to bringing the best possible food to the neighbourhood we love.

Running things in the kitchen is Chef and Partner Eric Walker, who lives right around the corner and shares our love of local and sustainable cuisine. Trained at the Cordon Bleu school in Ottawa, Eric's resume includes 8 years as a mainstay in the kitchens of Jamie Kennedy, including a stint as the first Chef de Cuisine of JK Restaurant.

Pantry is a proud partner of Local Food Plus, because we are committed to local, sustainable farming and distribution. Ontario farmers are growing and raising some of the best-tasting food on the planet.

That said, we are also big fans of coffee, chocolate, olives, lemons, limes, mangoes, and good sea salt. That's why, on our shelves, you'll also find artisanal products from as far away as Australia.

Wherever we can keep it local, that's what we do.

When we can't, we are committed to making sure that it's sustainable, small-batch and flat-out delicious.
